Hand-to-Hand Assistance

Our hand-to-hand assistance service is designed for clients who need the highest level of support. Alpha Care Transit drivers personally assist passengers from inside their home or facility, accompany them to the vehicle, and ensure they safely arrive and are handed off directly to a staff member, caregiver, or responsible party at their destination. This level of service is ideal for individuals with cognitive or physical impairments, ensuring they are never left unattended at any point during transport.

Door-to-Door Service

With our door-to-door service, passengers receive help getting from the entrance of their residence or building to the entrance of their destination. While not as intensive as hand-to-hand, this service ensures clients are safely escorted to and from the vehicle, offering peace of mind for families and caretakers. It’s especially useful for elderly riders or those who need mild assistance with mobility but do not require constant supervision.

Curb-to-Curb Service

Curb-to-curb service is a reliable option for passengers who are largely independent but require dependable, timely transportation. Our drivers pick up and drop off passengers at the curbside of their home or location, ensuring a safe and smooth ride. Passengers must be able to enter and exit the building and vehicle on their own or with minimal assistance.
